The Bluetooth audio streaming works great with my Nokia Windows Phone. Now I can listen to my podcasts, phone-stored music, cloud-based music library and even internet-streamed radio stations very easily. Also, with one or more thumb drives, you can have a huge collection of music in your glove box. This unit helps to see music by artist, genre, etc. and even displays the album art while playing the music.
It's also nice how it switches automatically between analog and digital radio signals where available. The HD radio has amazing sound quality, significantly better than FM.
Expansion options include: backup camera, satellite radio and navigation modules.
The touch display is easy to navigate, and it shows a lot of information. If you find it distracting, you can turn off the display with one button, while the unit continues to operate.

this radio is such an amazing product, i bought it as a upgrade for my Chrysler 300 and it looks absolutely amazing. i was scared that it was not going to work with my iphone 5 but luckily it works just fine.
BalasHapusThis is a really nice Stereo. It basically changed my corolla into an almost full option car. I love the screen, the bluetooth streaming, the backup camera capability (sold separately), and the app mode (requires a separate cable). You need to buy the brake bypass to get the most from this stereo. The only thing that could be improved is the multitasking! For example, I couldn't stream music from bluetooth steaming and use app mode (GPS program) at the same time.
BalasHapusI bought this unit for the digital radio; had no idea how exciting HD radio could be. The fidelity of the amplifiers is a big step up from the OEM radio as well. My system uses front, back and amplified rear sub-woofer; all working perfectly. Once you get this unit configured to your tastes, navigation is pretty simple. My ears have gone South with my residence but there is enough audiophile left in me to appreciate the difference that quality equipment can make.
BalasHapusThere is one shortcoming in the interface: certain functions expect you to hold contact on the touch screen. Knowing how long takes some practice and even then can be frustrating. So far the only time that has been a problem is when searching for stations.
I love this head unit. Read several reviews before making the decision and I am glad I did. This head unit goes for way more at larger stores. Can't beat the price, and I received the unit within days of my order.
BalasHapusworks with ios6 on the iphone, song title shows up on the screen. works well, sound quality is very good. i had the avh p2400bt before, this new one was worth the extra money. hd radio is cool too
BalasHapusThis is the best item I have purchased for myself in a really long time. I cannot begin to explain how much I love this radio. Bluetooth the the best part because I can play songs from my iPhone without having to bother with cords, I do have the app cord, but haven't used it. Very simple to use and learn, this thing is amazing!!!
